Woman says she was raped after cleaning bathroom

A Texas woman says she is suing a home remodeling company for a $1,200 bathroom renovation.

The woman, who was not identified, said she woke up naked in her bedroom and then awoke in a shower with a man she said forced her to perform oral sex on him.

“It was disgusting,” she told ABC News.

The man was identified as Eric B. Anderson, a contractor who worked for HOA Residential and Realty Services in Houston.

Anderson said he cleaned the bathroom and told the woman to use a towel to dry off, and then had sex with her.

“He pulled out my pants, pulled my underwear down and began to play with my clit,” she said.

“As soon as I was aware of what was going on, I ran.”

Anderson told the ABC affiliate he was in the process of cleaning out a bathroom when he heard the sound of someone screaming.

“I looked around and there was Eric Anderson standing right in front of me.

He was completely naked,” she recalled.

“The next thing I know, I am standing in the shower.

I had my phone out and I’m looking at it.”

She said she then felt pain in her vagina and was taken to a hospital for evaluation.

She said Anderson then told her to put on a condom and leave.

She filed a police report and said she has since filed a discrimination lawsuit against the company.

Anderson told ABC that he has a history of sexual assault and has been fired from a previous job after he was accused of making false sexual harassment claims.

He said he had been a contractor at the HOA for two years, but had left because of the company’s treatment of its female employees.

“We have to be able to say, ‘If I didn’t do this, I wouldn’t have been hired to work there,'” he said.

The HOA said it has hired a new contractor to complete the work.

“Our contractor is doing an extensive investigation into the allegations and will work to determine whether the allegations are substantiated,” a company spokesperson said in a statement.
